HOW TO PRINT WORD DOCUMENT
From the Office Button
Select PRINT
A dialogue box appears
Fill in the necessary information by
selecting the printer.
Select the number of pages
Select which page to print e.g pages 1-5
If you are using a coloured printer, you can change this to gray printing style
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR COLOURED PRINTER TO GRAY
follow the step above
click on 'properties' in the dialogue box
It will bring up something like this dialogue box
click on color
select gray.
YOU ARE GOOD TO GO
